  1. How long does it take to receive my product, once I make a purchase?

  1. Your product will be shipped out the next business day, first order of business. You should receive it within 2-5 business days later, depending on the mail service's shipping and handling speed.

  1. Can I get a refund or replacement I am not satisfied?

  1. Sure you can. If you see something wrong with our products, fill out a customer support ticket letting us know, and we will make sure we get you a replacement, or work something else out with you to ensure you walk away satisfied with Don Rigo.

  1. Is all shipping and handling free?

  1. Shipping and handling is free on all transactions in the US. International shipping will be exactly what it costs us. We will take care of the handling fee's unconditionally.

  1. Can I make my own cigar?

  1. If you want to make your own custom cigar, Don Rigo can make it happen for very little cost. Just contact us using the contact us links, and we will get back to you immediately.
